Donation Policy
As I am sure you can imagine, many non-profit / fundraising activities involve social events that need rental items, so we get requests daily for donation of rental items or sponsorships. As business owners however, we have a very deliberate policy on gifting and donation. We had to create the policy because of the numerous opportunities (requests) to donate and sponsor (every day), and each of them for a worthy and wonderful cause. We wanted to be more deliberate and open with our customers and associates on what our donation and charity practice is.
Each year we select and embrace an organization in need; one that uniquely and directly impacts the community in the Georgetown / Round Rock area. That organization is then the main benefactor of our corporate gifting and charity.
